Located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the historic Tenby town walls and bustling town centre, Culver Park is also just a few minutes walk from Tenby’s beautiful award winning South Beach - the perfect playground for children and families. What’s more, Tenby's other spectacular beaches are all within a 10 minute walk; relax at the postcard perfect Castle Beach, explore Goscar Rock on the North Beach or catch a boat trip from the picturesque harbour. Tenby is also well located for the best of Pembrokeshire’s attractions including Heatherton World of Activities, Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park and The Dinosaur Park as well as day trips to Caldey Island and nearby coastal villages such as Amroth and Saundersfoot.
This self-catering cottage has been lovingly renovated and furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout. The cottage enters into the hallway which leads through to the open plan living/dining room which offers comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people with a large wall mounted, flat screen TV with FreeView. Large patio doors open the room out onto the peaceful decked area with outside seating.
The dining area flows through to the modern and stylish kitchen which is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, coffee machine, 6-ring hob with oven and grill and wine rack.
Also on the ground floor of the cottage you will find a double bedroom with dressing table and ample storage facilities as well as a shower room with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, wc and whb.
Upstairs are the two further bedrooms; the Master Bedroom benefits from a wall-mounted flat screen TV, dressing table and plenty of storage. Decorated with a seaside theme, the twin bedroom also offers plenty of storage.

There is no parking for this property but you can apply to Pembrokeshire County Council for a parking permit. Parking is also available at the Rectory Car Park which is open during the peak season (5 min walk) and the multi storey car park is open all year round (5 min walk).
