Puffin Cottage Holidays welcomes you to Ty Hapus in Tenby. The Welsh name translates to ‘Happy House’ which perfectly reflects the character of this property. From the moment you walk into Ty Hapus you feel embraced and welcomed, you can truly relax in the space and enjoy your seaside holiday from start to finish. Situated in a quiet residential area, a short stroll from the centre of Tenby, the property is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Centrally located, Ty Hapus provides the perfect base to visit the many attractions and activities that Pembrokeshire has to offer. There is much to see and do in Tenby itself. Meander the cobbled streets, in and out of the boutique shops selecting the perfect memento or pick a spot on the golden sand of one of the four beaches to dip your toes in the sea and cool off with an ice cream. Be sure to visit Caldey Island and spot the local sea life. Hire a paddleboard to glide across the surface of the sea discovering secret coves or tackle the rugged Pembrokeshire Coast Path to be rewarded with the most spectacular views. No matter how you spend your time in Tenby you will be sure to make wonderful holiday memories! The town has an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants to indulge in and a supermarket to get all your holiday essentials.

Approaching the property, the exterior is clean and inviting. Garden furniture on either side of the path looks out over a pond bursting with greenery, flowers and birdsong.

Enter the property into a small porch area.

Living room: The modern stylish lounge is roomy with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a selection of board games for competitive fun family nights in. Please note the luxury sofa turns into a Sofa/Bed - *Extra bedding is to be requested at the time of booking.

Dining area: A large table seats up to six people on quirky patterned dining chairs. The dining area is bright and has garden views.

Kitchen: The clean modern design kitchen has all you may need for your self-catering holiday with appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: A spacious room with a king size bed. Built in wardrobe and cupboard provide ample storage for all your belongings. The dressing table and full length mirror provided to make getting ready all the more easier.

Bedroom 2: Twin single beds with plush decorative pillows, a dressing table and chest of drawers for storage. This bedroom can be made into a double as the beds will zip and link. *This is to be requested at the time of booking.

Bathroom: The family bathroom comprises of a large corner shower unit, toilet and wash basin with mirror.

Garden: The garden is tiered, accessed via the doors from the dining area onto the first level, the patio. A Gas to Coal BBQ has been provided for you to cook up a feast and table and chairs to dine on. A gate can be shut to enclose the first level, making it safe for little ones. The next three levels have steps and decorative stone jeweled with coastal treasures. The top level can also be gated and is a lovely elevated area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine amongst the beachy atmosphere.

Parking is allocated for one car only. Other vehicles can be parked in the nearby Pay and display car parks in Tenby.

Two small dogs or one medium sized dog are welcome at this property.
