Enjoying picture perfect views over the outstanding Pembrokeshire coast, Oceana is just a short walk from the wonderful village of Saundersfoot with its scenic harbour, award winning beaches and Pembrokeshire attractions
Set out over 3 levels, the cottage occupies an elevated position over the village with spectacular coastal views being enjoyed from both the kitchen and living room. The cottage is luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout, boasting two balconies and, with the unique added feature of an indoor swimming pool on the lower floor, is the ideal location for your perfect family holiday.
Living Room: Large floor to ceiling windows in the living room perfectly capture the magnificent panoramic views. Comfortable sofa seating for up to 8 people. Smart TV. Log burner.
Kitchen/Diner: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, Dining table with seating for up to 8 people. Door to furnished balcony with incredible coastal views.
Cloakroom: Toilet and basin.
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed. TV. Ample storage. Door to en-suite with shower unit, toilet and basin.

Outside, as well as the two furnished balconies there is a multi-level decked area off the pool room with BBQ - a perfectly relaxing space to wine and dine at the end of a busy day exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast!
To the front there is parking for up to four cars.
The cottage further benefits from WiFi and is centrally heated throughout.
2 well-behaved dogs welcome.
Note: Due to the unpredictable nature of the British weather (Ground & Air temperatures) and the complex mechanics of the our pool equipment, we will make every effort to heat the swimming pool for you, however we do advise that there are occasions that are beyond our control when the pools may drop below anticipated temperature. If you require the pool heated between 1st Sept – 30th Apr, please confirm in advance. There is a charge of £75 to heat the pool for out of season bookings, its very expensive during this time of year and we have to switch it on at least 5 days before arrival to get the water up to temperature. Not everyone wants the pool so we offer the option. Please contact us to discuss if you require more information.
A damage deposit of £200 is required when staying at this property.

Returning customers and it was better than before
We first visited 5 years ago, and we can't believe the changes the house was beautiful before but it's even more luxurious. The floating lounge is definitely one of the highlights and the indoor pool was great for the while family. The bedrooms are very spacious, and ideal for young families as we could have children in the rooms without it feeling a squeeze. The owner was very easy to contact when we needed to the pool to be heated and was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning we love it here

Wow - a lovely four night stay at Oceana
We had a lovely four night stay at Oceana. The kitchen had everything we needed, all the bedrooms were large and bright and the living room has plenty of seating. Another plus is that there are a lot of outside spots including several balconies where you can sit and admire the sea view. It was a ten minute walk downhill to the main streets and the harbour, so the house is well located but we found the road was quiet at night. The swimming pool was enjoyed by all of us. We certainly hope to stay here again.
