Enjoying picture perfect views over the outstanding Pembrokeshire coast, Rumours and Cymyran is just a short walk from the wonderful village of Saundersfoot with its scenic harbour, and award winning beaches. Dont forget you are also in the perfect location to check out the vast array of Pembrokeshire attractions in the area!
Set out over 3 levels, the cottage consists of two units and both are included in the price. The main house has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The lower ground floor apartment is self contained, fully equipped, and has one bedroom, one bathroom, plus a lounge and kitchen. The main house is equipped with seating for 12 in both the living and dining room so everyone can eat and relax together
Rumours and Cymyran occupies an elevated position over the village with spectacular coastal views from both the kitchen and living room. The cottage is luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout, boasting a large furnished balcony off the kitchen, which is perfectly located for appreciating the outstanding coastal views. Outside the swimming pool is set in the beautiful decked area which also overlooks the village and bay.
Living Room: Large picture windows capture the magnificent panoramic views. Comfortable sofa seating.. Smart TV.
Kitchen/Diner: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, Breakfast bar. Living area with comfortable sofa seating. Door to large furnished balcony with incredible coastal views.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Cloakroom: Toilet and basin.
Dining Room: Dining seating for up to 12 people.
Spiral staircase leads to the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed. TV. Ample storage. Door to en-suite with shower unit, free-standing bath, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2: King-sized bed. TV. Ample storage. Door to en-suite with shower unit, toilet and basin.

Cymyran is accessed via its own entrance (with steps down to it):

Bathroom: Shower unit, toilet and basin.
Outside the multi-level garden and terrace has a BBQ and is fully furnished.
To the front there is parking for up to four cars.
Rumours and Cymyran further benefit from WiFi and are centrally heated throughout.
2 well-behaved dogs welcome.
Note: Due to the unpredictable nature of the British weather (Ground & Air temperatures) and the complex mechanics of the our pool equipment, we will make every effort to heat the swimming pool for you, however we do advise that there are occasions that are beyond our control when the pools may drop below anticipated temperature. If you require the pool heated between 1st Sept – 30th Apr, please confirm in advance. There is a charge of £75 to heat the pool for out of season bookings, its very expensive during this time of year and we have to switch it on at least 5 days before arrival to get the water up to temperature. Not everyone wants the pool so we offer the option. Please contact us to discuss if you require more information.
A damage deposit of £200 is required when staying at this property.

Outstanding Stay
We were a group of 6 close friends who met to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were blown away by the standard and quality of both Rumours and Cymyran. The house is so spacious with plenty of sofa's and also lots of utensils and crockery etc. We cant say enough about Rob the owner and Steve the caretaker who both went over and above for us. The house is very peaceful with outstanding views ,and all bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable and spacious. We did arrange to get the pool heated but due to very wet weather only managed to use it once however this did not affect our stay at all and we have already booked for next year and hopefully will enjoy more use of the pool then. Would highly recommend Rumours and Cymyran for its very high standard of accommodation and closeness to Saundersfoot and surrounding areas.

Rumour has it, this place is amazing
Family of 10 adults and 3 children stayed at this property. Rob is the best host you can hope for, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble! Steve the maintenance man is always around if you need something. The house itself was cleaned immaculately and had everything you could think of. The pool was also an amazing extra especially for the children. A real home from home with breathtaking views! We have already booked to come back this year and next year!

Family Break
Beautiful house with great facilities. Everything you could want. Close to nearby Saundersfoot and Tenby. The outdoor pool was a great addition even though it was freezing outside the water in the pool was a lovely 30 degrees. Thank you for a lovely stay!
