Puffin Cottage Holidays are excited to introduce Bedford House – a stylish retreat outside the historic walls of Tenby – 3 stylish apartments each with its own character.

Historic grandeur with an eclectic twist is what you’ll find stepping through the door of 2 Bedford House; you'll immediately appreciate that this is far more than an ordinary holiday home. Set within a magnificent listed building, this beautifully restored duplex celebrates its architectural heritage with soaring ceilings, original character and an imaginative interior that blends period elegance with quirky contemporary styling. Pattern, colour and artwork draw the eye at every turn.

Spanning two floors, the apartment offers generous living spaces full of character and charm. The impressive open-plan kitchen and living area form the heart of the home, where a spacious breakfast bar naturally becomes the hub for morning coffee, leisurely lunches and evening conversation while meals are prepared. In keeping with the property's quirky and individual layout, there isn't a formal dining table for six, instead encouraging a more relaxed, informal style of dining and socialising. French doors open onto the inviting terrace, extending the living space outdoors during the warmer months.

Three beautifully presented bedrooms are complemented by three luxurious bathrooms and an additional cloakroom, making the property ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy during their stay.

Living Room

A beautiful feature wall with ornamental fireplace catches your eye as you enter this amazing living space. Luxurious eclectic sofas and reclining chairs seat 6 people comfortably, with Smart TV, built-in bar area and coffee tables.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including an induction hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The breakfast bar provides seating for up to six, making it an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast, a light meal or a drink with the chef, while the terrace offers another pleasant space to dine alfresco when the weather allows.

Utility Room

At the end of the hallway is a large utility room/W.C. This is where you’ll find the washing machine, another full-size fridge/freezer, utility sink, a toilet and washbasin.

At the top of the carpeted stairs is a family bathroom. A deep soaking tub with a view, toilet, extra-large washbasin, mirror and Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 and Ensuite

Luxurious double bed and Smart TV, double washbasin with mirror and a separate shower room with toilet, ample storage.

The listed features and modern touches make this bedroom an unforgettable space. A sumptuous super-king-sized bed invites you in and adding quirky interest is the large double shower enclosure acting as the headboard. Featuring a double washbasin, large screen Smart TV with ample storage and a separate toilet.

Outside Space

Off the kitchen/dining area through double French doors is a spacious outdoor terrace. A tiled, glass-sided walkway leads to a comfortable nook for morning coffee and further to a dining space for up to 6 people beneath a retractable canvas-roofed pergola. A washing line is available for hanging your beach towels and swimming costumes.

Outside there is limited roadside parking. Further parking can be found at one of the nearby car parks including The Seafront, Five Arches and Multi-storey.

2 Bedford House is a pet free property and is not suitable for children under two.

There is a £150.00 refundable good housekeeping/damage deposit required with this property.
