Puffin Cottage Holidays is delighted to introduce St Catherine’s View, a charming second-floor apartment enjoying an enviable position on The Paragon, within Tenby’s historic town walls. With spectacular views across Tenby’s beautiful South Beach and towards the iconic St Catherine’s Island, this light and welcoming apartment is perfectly placed for couples looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside escape in one of Pembrokeshire’s most popular coastal towns.

From this exceptional seafront location, Tenby’s golden sandy beaches are just moments away, with both South Beach and Castle Beach approximately 50 metres from the apartment. The picturesque harbour is around 200 metres away, while the surrounding cobbled streets offer an excellent choice of cafés, restaurants, traditional pubs and independent shops, all within an easy stroll.

For those who enjoy exploring on foot, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, is close by, providing spectacular coastal walks and the opportunity to discover some of the area’s most beautiful scenery, including Giltar Point and Lydstep Beach. Nearby is Saundersfoot, Narberth, Amroth and a bit further afield is St David's which all make wonderful day trips.

Tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, this relaxing space provides the perfect place to unwind in front of the TV while enjoying the wonderful sea views.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The dining area is positioned beside the window, providing a lovely setting for meals while enjoying spectacular views across the bay.

Snug

Leading from the lounge is a delightful snug, offering a quieter space to relax away from the main living area. With a comfortable sofa and beautiful sea views through the window, it’s the perfect spot to curl up with a good book, enjoy a morning coffee or simply watch the ever-changing coastal scene.

Main Bedroom

The bright and peaceful main bedroom provides a comfortable retreat after a day exploring Tenby and the surrounding coastline. Take the few steps down to the hall before ascending back up the bedroom, the room features a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and mirror, while a beautiful large bay window fills the room with natural light and provides lovely views towards the town.

The stylish main bathroom is just off the hall and down a few steps from the bedroom, it features a bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin and mirror. A heated towel rail provides an added touch of comfort.

Outside

Although the apartment does not have its own private outdoor space, guests have the wonderful advantage of having Tenby’s South Beach practically on the doorstep. Directly opposite the property is also a lovely public garden, providing a peaceful spot to sit and admire the panoramic sea views.

Parking

The apartment also benefits from secure parking to the rear of the property, with one designated parking space for guests. This is a particularly valuable feature given the apartment’s central seafront location.
