Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present 3 South Beach Court - a perfectly located apartment overlooking Tenby 's South Beach and boasting almost direct access onto the award winning sandy beach - just step out of the apartment entrance, turn right and within less than 15 seconds you can already feel the sand between your toes! The apartments are also just a short 5 minute stroll from Tenby town centre which leads to the picturesque harbour and more of the famous sandy beaches. Don't forget you are also in a great spot to also check out the vast array of Pembrokeshire's best attractions
With it's wonderful sea front location and peaceful courtyard, 3 South Beach Court is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic seaside getaway.
3 South Beach Court is a lower ground floor apartment which benefits from lift and stair access from within the main entrance or access via steps down to a private entrance which leads to its own private courtyard.
Lounge/Dining area: Spacious and light with comfortable sofa and dining seating. Large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview. French doors lead out to a private courtyard with an outside table and chairs.
Kitchen: Modern and well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob.
Bedroom: King-size bed dressed with high quality bedding and sheets. Ample storage. Large wall-mounted TV.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Towels provided. 3 South Beach Court further benefits from free WiFi, central heating throughout and secure video entry phone.There is no parking at the property. There is limited free street parking outside property. In peak season you may need to park vehicles in nearby public car parks as spaces on the street can fill up quickly. The sea front car park is adjacent to the apartment and there are other public car parks just a few minutes walk away.
Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for children or babies.

Great place
This basement flat is in a very nice location, right above the south beach at Tenby. It is well maintained, clean and quiet. Internally it had everything we required in terms of the kitchen and bathroom facilities, the storage space in the bedroom, the quality of the bed and the use of two large televisions, one in the cosy lounge and one in the bedroom. Externally there was easy access to the nearby beach, plentiful parking alongside the property (this is not owned by the letting owners and isn't cheap, but as Tenby is a busy place and parking is not always easy to find close to where you want it, we thought the parking charge was worth it.) The access to the flat either by a lift or stairs in the building made it secure and was useful for getting luggage to the flat, plus there was a separate staircase to the flat via the flat's private patio. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliff-top into Tenby, with very attractive views of the coast as you walk into the town center.

Delightful experience!
The whole experience was delightful! Getting into the property and being welcomed by a very nice clean home with all the amenities available! The outdoor area was very convenient! Walk up handful of steps and you have glorious sea views in a gated garden! The parking is easy, either apply for a parking permit from the council or directly next door to the property, there is a car park which will cost around £70 a week but it’s safe and convenient for the accommodation!

Great place to stay - we will be back!
Very spacious and clean and has everything needed for a short stay. Ideally situated close to the beach. Although no sea view( as lower level) the seating area outside was perfect. Only thing missing that would have been nice is a washing machine, but no space because of the dishwasher.
