Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to offer for holiday letting Top Sail apartment in Tenby.
Top Sail is a beautifully presented second floor apartment, one of four located within Chestnuts - an impressive Victorian building ideally located just outside of the historic Tenby town walls. A short walk away is the town centre, with its cobbled streets and lovely array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and the apartment is just yards from the beautiful Tenby seafront with its spectacular and far-reaching coastal views. The apartment is also wonderfully located for those visiting on Ironman weekend, with the Ironman finish line being located just steps from the apartment. Don't forget also, this apartment is in a great spot to explore the vast array of Pembrokeshire attractions nearby!
The apartment enters into the communal hallway leading to the apartment which is set out over two floors.
Living/Dining Room
Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to four people. Wall mounted Smart TV with Freeview. This room further benefits from sea glimpses over Tenby’s award-winning South Beach.
Kitchen
Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and electric oven and hob.

Spacious room with king-size bed and ample storage.

Twin beds and ample storage.
Bathroom
Bath with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The apartment further benefits from gas central heating, WiFi and also has a tumble dryer.
Outside there is limited roadside parking. Further parking can be found at one of the nearby car parks including The Seafront, Five Arches and Multi-storey.
A travel cot and highchair is provided.

Close to the beach. Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a short break. Lovely apartment. We had a comfortable stay.

Lovely clean apartment. Warm and cosy and nice and quiet. Lots of natural light in all rooms. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others. Very happy long weekend enjoyed at Topsail. The apartment was spotlessly clean and accommodating. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone wishing to cook a meal. Hairdryer and straightener also available. All rooms are a good size and have lots of natural light. The apartment is very close to the beach and car park, also not too far from the shops/restaurants. The bottle of wine and biscuits were an added bonus.

Summary: A fab weekend at a great location by the beach! I liked: Perfect location, very clean and super comfortable. The wine and biscuits were a lovely treat and it was also stocked up with tea, coffee and milk which was great. Would definitely stay here again! I did not like: There was nothing to dislike as it was great accommodation.

Summary: Fantastic apartment!
I liked: The apartment looked great in the photos, however they don't do it justice. The apartment was amazing! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus a nice little welcome gift of wine and biscuits. The location was fantastic for us. Close to the seafront, a short walk to town and free parking sometimes very close by or just a short walk around the corner. It was just perfect for our family, two adults and two teenage sons. We liked the added bonus of body boards, buckets and spades. You're never too old to build sand castles! We really couldn't fault our stay and would love to stay here again. We've been to Tenby many times but this time was by far our favourite time, made extra special by our stay at Top Sail! Date of stay : 31/08/2025 - 07/09/2025
I did not like: Nothing to fault. I just wish we could've stayed longer!
Excellent Stay
Stayed for our sons 14th birthday, apartment is very spacious, quiet, lovely location and the welcome pack was a nice touch, very happy with our stay, would defo stay again.
Absolutely perfect
Absolutely perfect I would love to return again sometime soon. Thank you for making our much needed break away even more special. We liked everything, absolutely the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in whilst holidaying in the UK. Everything you needed in the apartment, very clean and great location. I went with 3 other ladies, and we all had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend and return again. The only downside was that there were a few flights of stairs to go up so if a problem with mobility it wouldn’t be for you.

Spotless 2 bedroom apartment - literally 20m from seafront. Amazing location and excellent value for money. Welcome gift and kitchen essentials (butter, milk, oil, jams, tea, coffee, etc). Would stay hear again in an instant!
The location was perfect.
The location was perfect. Just outside the walls away from the busiest area but also steps away from the esplanade and beach! A wonderful place to stay!

We had a great stay, helped by good (but cold) weather. Never been to Tenby area before, but it was lovely. Flat is spacious, well placed in the town near a seafront promenade and is well equipped. We loved the window props! Quiet as the flat below was empty. Surprised at how expensive Tenby restaurants are but further afield, like in Pembroke or St Davids, it’s more reasonable. Flat is on the 2nd floor with lots of stairs so not suitable for mobility impaired visitors. Free on street parking was reasonably easy to find in March.

Absolutely loved Top Sail. The apartment was spotless on our arrival. There was a welcome package too which was really appreciated by adults and children alike! The location was perfect, seconds from the beach. Not much on street parking, but close to a huge car park which is £20 for 3 days so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Will definitely recommend Top Sail to friends and hope to return in the future.
