Enter the property down a short stairway to your private entrance. Enter into the well-planned, modern kitchenette, fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a breakfast bar with seating for four creating a sociable space to enjoy leisurely breakfasts before heading out to explore. The cosy living area provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day by the sea. Both beautifully presented bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy throughout your stay. The principal bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is arranged as a twin, making the apartment equally suited to families or friends holidaying together.

Outside, the apartment continues to impress. A private seating area provides a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, while a couple of steps lead to your own al fresco dining terrace—perfect for long summer lunches or evening meals in the fresh sea air. Beyond, guests can enjoy the exclusive use of the garden complete with sun loungers, an outdoor shower for rinsing away sandy feet after the beach, and the added convenience of an external WC.

The garden space is overlooked by the property above and the shower, WC and path to the beach are shared with its occupants; however, the upper apartment is only occasionally occupied, so guests will often find they have the area largely to themselves.

The garden and sun loungers are also for the exclusive use of guests staying in this apartment. The direct beach access, outdoor shower and external WC are shared facilities available for guests staying in the basement apartment and upstairs property.

Outdoor Space

The lower terrace, accessed from either bedroom, features comfortable seating, and a retractable washing line to dry your beach towels. Up a couple of steps to a private dining area with table, chairs and parasol. The shared area of the garden features sun loungers, an outdoor shower – perfect for washing sandy toes – and an outside loo.

Additional Information

Please note that access to the beach is via a locked gate, followed by a few steps and a pebble section before reaching the sand. While many guests enjoy the direct access, the route may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with limited mobility or who use mobility aids.

A travel cot and highchair are available upon prior request.
