Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Swn Y Tonnau (sound of the waves).
Aptly named to reflect the wonderful seafront position, Swn Y Tonnau provides an ideal holiday setting for couples or small families. Sitting in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, sliding doors capture the spectacular views over Saundersfoot bay and it's picturesque harbour. Open them up and bring in the sound of the sea as you enjoy your morning coffee or relax on the balcony after a day of exploring while watching the sun peacefully set over the ocean.
The first floor apartment enters in off the front balcony, which leads to all first floor apartments, and into the hallway with a recess which accommodates the bunk beds. Doors lead to all rooms.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Comfortable lounge and dining seating for up to 4 people and flat screen TV. Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob.
Master bedroom: Double bed, built in wardrobe, ample storage space.
Family shower room: Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin.
Outside, the furnished balcony provides the perfect space to enjoy the spectacular views and an outside spiral staircase leads down to the private car park which offers direct access onto Saundersfoot's award winning sandy beach.
The apartment is centrally located on The Strand in Saundersfoot which is just minutes away from the lovely array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Saundersfoot has to offer. Stroll around the scenic working harbour, watching the boats as they come and go, explore rock pools at Monktone point or begin to walk the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast Path - picking up some fresh locally caught sea food as you return to your sea front holiday home.
The apartment further benefits from electric heating, parking for one car and WiFi.
