Reviews from our guests

The view is phenomenal and the photos online really do not do it justice.

Thank you for an amazing stay in your wonderful apartment. The best place we have stayed in Saundersfoot to date. The view is phenomenal and the photos online really do not do it justice. Thank you also for the prosecco and fruit cake. We had lots of beach days, a trip to Tenby, visited Colby Gardens, Wiseman's Bridge and Folly Farm, which was an amazing day out for our 3 and 5 year old's. We hope to visit again soon

Amazing View

5 out of 5

Our 5th stay at this comfortable apartment to celebrate our 62nd wedding anniversary. We never get tired of the amazing view and this year the weather was exceptionally hoy (30 degrees) adding to the great time we had. We did our usual trip to St David's, Carew, Cresswell Quay and Laugharne (where the ice cream is fantastic). The apartment is without doubt the best we have had in Saundersfoot for the 20years we have been.

This property was superb.

Superb accommodation, so well equipped, spotlessly clean and that view - wow! We have been coming to Saundersfoot for over 30 years, so we know the area very well. This property was superb. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and with what must be one of the best views in Saundersfoot. We had a lovely, restful week and hope to return to Brynawelon in the not too distant future.

Hope we can return.

We have had an amazing Xmas break in your lovely apartment. The weather was amazing everyday, not a cloud in the sky! (Unlike some of our Welsh hols) Just loved the view, never got fed up of looking out at it. The apartment is beautiful. Brought kitchen things with us but they weren't needed. Thank you for the Prosecco & cake, very kind. We think Saundersfoot is on "our perfect place" list. Turkey for Copper Hog was amazing. Enjoyed Tenby & Narbeth. Have only used the car once since we arrived. Best wishes for 2026. Hope we can return.

10/10 for everything.

5 out of 5

I come to Saundersfoot every year in June/September with my partner; Family commitments meant she couldn't come this time, so I decided to have a week of relaxation. What an apartment! Superb views all along the front rooms. Easy parking too. Very well furnished and appointed, with high quality items everywhere. Very comfortable bed (I used one of the singles) - my backache disappeared straight away! Very good supply of tea, coffee, etc. AND what a lovely touch to be greeted by the Prosecco and BaraBrith on arrival. Sadly, just here for one week. 10/10 for everything. Will consider here in the future, but already booked elsewhere (on The Strand) for next year. Thanks!! Alan

A Beautiful Stay

5 out of 5

Thank you for a beautiful stay. This apartment is a real gem. We could sit and look out at the view for hours. We came to Saundersfoot for my birthday as it is a special place to me. During our stay we visited Tenby, had a day out at Folly Farm, and at the end of our stay, we went to the pool at St. Bride's Spa. We love Saundersfoot so much and Brynawelon has been the perfect place to stay. Such peaceful getaway. Thank you.

We had a lovely holiday here. The view is amazing, we never got tired of looking out at the sea. We went to the beach every day, as well as Tenby, Bosherston Lakes and Colby Woodland Garden. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. A lovely place to stay - very comfortable and welcoming. Really appreciated the arrival gifts and coffee! We hope to come back 😊

Glorious Week

5 out of 5

We've had a glorious week here. Thank you so much for the homely, well-equipped apartment (and the welcome goodies). I echo a previous guest - I felt very safe here with my 2 daughters. Great food at the Harbwr, the Old Chemist and breakfast at the Periwinkle Bistro. We loved searching for sea-glass at Wiseman's Bridge, the RNLI welly walk in the village and a trip to Freshwater East beach. Diolch yn Fawr!

Fab Week

5 out of 5

What a fab week we have had staying at Brynawelon. Thank you so much for our wine and cake. We know Saundersfoot so well, we brought Mam, as she's 86 years old and her view at home is a car park. She asked us for a holiday with a view. Oh my gosh, did we give her a view. She loved it and didn't want to go home. Thank you for letting us stay.

The Perfect Holiday Accommodation

5 out of 5

For a start you won’t find better holiday accommodation in fact it’s probably the best holiday property I can remember staying in the UK . The property is spotlessly clean tastefully decorated and very well maintained The views over Saundersfoot are spectacular a parking bay is provided close to the property so no worries there I did notice that some people complained about the hill up to the property from the village but frankly that’s silly.

Breathtaking Views

5 out of 5

Your apartment has breathtaking views from the living room and bedrooms, you can happily sit and watch the view all day😊 We had a relaxing week despite the ever-changing weather. We discovered the path to Tenby, it took us 50 mins - lovely walk (it is a bit hill in at times). Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, cosy apartment

What a beautiful, inviting and cost apartment to stay in for our weekend away. This is definitely somewhere we will be booking again. Amazing views, great pubs and restaurants, lovely local friendly people to chat to. Visited Carew Castle and had a take-out Sunday dinner, which was fabulous. The Chemist and Harbwr have a great atmosphere.

Thank you for the Prosecco and Bara Brith - both delicious and very kind x

An Amazing Stay

5 out of 5

Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful apartment. Everything has been thought of to have a great time. Gorgeous views and we have been blessed with the best weather too. Highlights were three walks along the spectacular coastline - the hidden heritage discovery trail, Tenby to Saundersfoot which included fish and chips and then a bus ride back to Saundersfoot, and The National Trust Stackpole nature walk including Barafundle Bay. Lovely meals at the Harbwr and Mulberry and Pembrokeshire Pasty and Pie Co. is yummy too!

Beautifully and comfortably furnished

We have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment immensely. The view from the living room window (as well as the bedrooms) is spectacular and ever-changing. The apartment itself is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and equipped with every possible tool and utensil! It was a superb base from which to explore much of the Pembrokeshire coast. Thank you for the kind and thoughtful bottle of Prosecco and the Bara Brith - both much enjoyed! An excellent stay - thank you!

Excellent stay

5 out of 5

Excellent apartment, fully equipped, with stunning views. We loved the fact we were within walking distance of the beach and town, even with little 4-year old legs. It was a week of mixed weather but we enjoyed paddle boarding, visiting Carew Castle, seal spotting boat ride from Tenby and Oakwood Theme Park. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Stunning views

Wonderful apartment with simply stunning views. Saundersfoot was a great favourite of my grandparents, my parents and mine as a child. Now lovely to come back with my husband and sons. Trips to Carew Castle, Go-carting at Carew, St David's Cathedral and a walk to Tenby along the coastal path. Lots of swimming in the sea and endless cricket on the sandy beaches. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect! Fantastic view!

5 out of 5

Thank you for letting us share your beautiful apartment which was very clean, cosy and comfortable. We felt at home the moment we first walked through the door and were greeted by such an awesome view from the living room and both bedrooms. The weather was mixed but didn't stop us exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline for the first time, with trips to lots of local beaches, Tenby and Pendine with it's interesting land speed museum. Barafundle Bay was spectacular, as was St Govan's Chapel. We thoroughly recommend Brynawelon!

We feel so lucky to have stayed in your beautiful holiday home. We found ourselves coming home early just to enjoy the beautiful views. Storm Kathleen made our stay very windy and wet, but watching the waves crash in just added to our holiday magic. We had a great time at the Dinosaur Park and loved touring around the area. Thank you for having us in your beautiful holiday home, we don't want to leave! xxx

The weather has been foul which has made us appreciate how wonderful Brynawelon is. Luxury at its best, beautiful interior designs, secret location and stunning view. We gratefully appreciate being able to stay here - especially with New Year fireworks. We loved this 'Winter' visit and we will be back in the summer.
