Puffin Cottage Holidays presents Oaklands, a three bedroomed cottage within walking distance of Saundersfoot's shops, beach and harbour.
Occupying a peaceful location, Oaklands is a lovely cottage located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the village but still just a 15 minute scenic woodland walk from Saundersfoot’s award winning beach and picturesque harbour. Boat and fishing trips depart daily from the harbour in the summer and Saundersfoot village boasts many delightful beach front cafes and shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes right through Saundersfoot village and, during low tide, much of the coast path can be walked along the beach.
There are many activities and attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities and the historic sea-side town of Tenby is just a short drive away.
You enter the property’s hallway with doors leading to:

You will find the washing machine, freezer and the door to the garden.
A small flight of stairs leads up to the mid-level of the cottage:

Bunk beds and hanging space.

Well-equipped with all that you will need for your self-catering holiday including gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Dining seating for up to 6 people. Door leads to the split-level garden with garden furniture.
A small flight of stairs leads to the upper floor:

Double bed with ample storage with hanging space.
Bathroom
Bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Lounge
Comfortable seating for up to 6 people. Smart TV, radio/CD player and gas fire.
Outside
To the rear of the cottage is the split-level garden with patio and decked area which is furnished with outside table and chairs. Please note children should be supervised in the split-level garden.
To the front there is off-road parking for one car.
Oaklands further benefits from WiFi and central heating throughout.

Certainly would recommend this property to stay for a holiday!
We had a great week staying at your property & it was well looked after & very clean etc. There wasn’t anything we couldn’t of wished for inside the house. There was everything you would need. A lovely property in a quiet location¬ far to walk into Saundersfoot itself either. Certainly would recommend this property to stay for a holiday! The only bad thing was we had terrible weather most of the week & constant rain so very lucky though to have a lovely house to chill out in & enjoy it😀. There’s nothing I could mention to improve on. Everything was great & we was very happy with the house & everything that comes with it…spot on…thanks.

We would highly recommend this property.
Great house in lovely location. The house was just 15 minutes walk down a woodland path to the pretty small town of Saundersfoot which has nice restaurants, pubs ,shops ,beach and harbour. The house had a well equipped kitchen which included microwave, oven and dishwasher and had plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans all of good quality. The bathroom had a large bath and excellent shower over the bath. The lounge had lovely views of woodland. All the beds were comfortable and bedding high quality. The garden had table and chairs on lower deck and swing seat on upper deck. We would highly recommend this property.

5 stars are not really enough
5 stars are not really enough for this place - the facilities, cosy furniture, and cleanliness can't be faulted. There is everything you could wish for, and a lot more you don't expect - it's really lovely. The walk down to the harbour and town centre is easy, and mostly level, and the location is very quiet. Being able to sit out in the garden, in the sun, with garden furniture supplied was also welcome.
