• No parties are permitted at the property, including stag and hen parties..
• No filming or photography for commercial purposes is permitted in the house or grounds without prior permission from the owners.
• Use of the swim spa is at guests own risk with caution needed for non- swimmers and children under 12.
• Private driveway parking is available for up to four cars.
• Coedrath House welcomes up to two dogs but please not permitted to sit or sleep on any beds or furniture. If you are bringing your four-legged friends, we recommend exploring our guide to dog-friendly beaches and local walks to help you make the most of your stay.
• A refundable security and damage deposit of £750 is required for this property.
• For security and peace of mind, external CCTV cameras are positioned around the outside of the property. These do not overlook private guest areas and should not affect enjoyment of the terrace or outdoor spaces.
• Check-in is available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival.
