Everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday is supplied in this modern kitchen, full-sized fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This kitchen also boasts an instant hot water tap for a quick cuppa. A small breakfast bar seats 2 people.

On the top floor is a spacious bedroom suite.

Bedroom 3

The entrance opens into an elegant dressing and vanity area, complete with twin basins beneath a large mirror and a luxurious multi-jet walk-in shower, perfectly positioned beneath its own skylight to create a bright, spa-like atmosphere. Tucked beneath the eaves, the sumptuous super-king bed provides a cosy yet spacious retreat, complemented by a comfortable seating area, Smart TV and drinks fridge. The W.C. is discreetly positioned behind a half-height partition wall, maintaining the suite's open, contemporary feel while offering a degree of separation from the main bedroom.

Outside there is limited roadside parking. Further parking can be found at one of the nearby car parks including The Seafront, Five Arches and Multi-storey.
