The spacious open-plan living area is flooded with natural light and enjoys spectacular elevated views across Tenby's South Beach and out to sea. Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed, it provides the perfect setting to relax after a day exploring Pembrokeshire. Sink into the comfortable seating and enjoy the ever-changing coastal views or gather around the dining table for memorable meals with family and friends. The feature fireplace creates a wonderful focal point within the room (please note the fire is decorative only and does not provide heat).

Master Bedroom Suite

The impressive master bedroom is a true sanctuary, nestled upstairs within the characterful roof space and showcasing beautiful exposed wooden beams. Furnished with a luxurious super king-size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, two comfortable armchairs and practical hanging storage with baskets, this elegant room offers a relaxing space to unwind.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom two is situated just off the entrance hall. A spacious and beautifully presented second bedroom featuring a super king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be configured as twin beds upon request. Complete with wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps, this versatile room is ideal for couples, friends or family members.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom three is situated just off the entrance hall, it is thoughtfully designed with a small double bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children/young teens and a single bunk above (maximum weight limit 60kg for the upper bunk). Offering plenty of storage and hanging space, it provides flexible accommodation for children and younger guests.

Family Bathroom

The contemporary family bathroom situated up a few steps from the lounge area, comprises of a bath, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail, perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea.

Shower Room

In addition to the family bathroom and master en-suite, guests can enjoy a separate shower room, just off the entrance hall comes with a walk-in electric shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and heated towel rail providing added convenience for larger groups.

Please note: That stag and hen parties are strictly not permitted at this property. Mixed group and same sex group bookings may be considered by prior application only and are subject to owner's approval and checks.

The apartment further benefits from electric heaters and Wi-Fi throughout and one allocated parking space.

Please note that, in order to maintain the high standard of accommodation, pets are not permitted at this property.

NB Access to the roof terrace is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. The door is securely safety-locked and cannot be opened.

There is a refundable £200 damage deposit is required for this property.
