The Rowan - Luxury Lodge and Woodland Views

Our Lodge was a perfect base for our holiday with twin toddler grandchildren, mum and dad and the two of us. In such an quiet location surrounded by trees it was atmospheric and peaceful Puffin have been an easy company to book with and all went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend a stay at Trefloyne. The local beaches are amazing and so many activities are very local.

The arrangement of bedrooms on first floor with its bathroom and entrance door was very helpful, as the family all stayed together and we, the grandparents were upstairs.. The gated terrace was very useful to keep toddlers and dogs safely contained. A well kitted out kitchen worked well for us with its large dining table. The Lodge was warm and comfortable throughout. We eventually worked out how to lock the open windows when we needed them. It made a very happy and memorable holiday for us all!

We are satisfied with our stay. This lodge is an incredible combination of comfort, affordable price and a beautiful scenery. We were greeted with all sorts of home devices such as washing machine, drier and stove, moreover, there was a small supply of basic products like cookies, bread and milk. Besides, there is a restaurant and a golf court nearby. The only disadvantage of the lodge - its location on a top of a hill. It is quite hard to reach the lodge without a vehicle.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Rowan. The lodge was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable and finished to a really high standard. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break, including high chair and travel cot for our baby, games and a fan in each room. We loved sitting out on the veranda or balcony for our morning coffee!

The location was perfect for exploring Tenby and the surrounding area, while still being peaceful being located in the grounds of the golf course. We went to the restaurant at the Manor House one evening which was wonderful. Great views over the golf course and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend The Rowan to anyone looking for a break in Tenby. We would love to return!

Beautiful location and outstanding accommodation. Very clean and very well equipped. Thank you for your attention to detail it was very much appreciated. We have holidayed in West Wales many times and this is the first time that we have booked with Puffin. It was so good to talk to helpful staff who just want to help. The quality of the property we stayed in surpassed anything that we have experienced previously. Rest assured we will book with Puffin again.

Beautiful place, had the best holiday, very peaceful lovely location. The beds were very comfortable. Had lovely outdoor seating, also very secure for our little dogs. Would definitely book again

This house is amazing! We felt at home as soon as we walked in. It’s very cozy, nicely decorated and the best equipped house I’ve ever stayed in. They supply everything in terms of household items and basics like condiments, tea, coffee, sugar…we were also surprised with a lovely welcome treat with Welsh cakes, a bara brith loaf, eggs and even a bottle of Prosseco. Really nice touch. We are in love with the house, its location, its peacefulness and would surely go back.

We had such a relaxed, cosy stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate our youngest son’s 1st birthday, and we’ll always have really special memories of our time here.

The cabin was impeccably clean, incredibly well equipped, and so comfortable. Everything has clearly been thought through with great care, which made it easy to settle in straight away. The decor is beautiful and the whole space feels warm, welcoming, and well loved.

We had a wonderful week exploring the wild, beautiful coast and discovering hidden gems with our children during half term, then returning to such a peaceful, cosy space at the end of each day. The location is quiet and remote in the best way, while still being a great base for getting out and about. The views, surroundings, and thoughtful amenities really made the stay feel special.

Lovely Lodge, Beautifully decorated for christmas. Every little detail thought of, like Dog bags, Carpet cleaner etc. very spacious. we had a magical break here for Christmas and new years, even better we could bring our furry family too. We will most definitely consider coming back to this lodge. 5 star all round.
