Designed with entertaining in mind, this exceptional open-plan space unfolds beautifully from one area to the next. The contemporary kitchen, centred around an expansive island with bar seating for 4, includes an induction hob with integrated extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric oven and instant boiling water tap. Also available is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen flows into an elegant living room with a striking feature fireplace and comfortable seating for 8, before leading into a second lounge, where more plush seating awaits and the wide bi-fold doors dissolve the boundary between inside and out. Beyond, the shimmering blue waters of the pool tempt you outside, creating a seamless backdrop for unforgettable family holidays.

Off the kitchen is a dedicated dining room with seating for up to 8 people with a small balcony to the front of the cottage.

Accessed from the dining room, down a couple of steps, off the hallway is the first family bathroom with step in shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and heated towel rail.

To the front of the property is a glass-sided deck with seating for up to 8 people for al fresco dining and views of the sea.

Vitamin Sea is centrally heated throughout and offers free WIFI.

Private parking for up to three cars on the driveway

The E.V. charger is available for guest use and is activated and paid for via an app, which can be downloaded before or during your stay.

There is a £200.00 refundable good housekeeping/damage deposit required with this property.
