Located within the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at Penally Grange, an exclusive development of high-end lodges on the edge of Tenby, Ael-Y-Bryn offers the perfect balance of serenity and accessibility. Tenby’s award-winning South Beach is just a 15-minute walk away, while the vibrant seaside village of Saundersfoot can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the boutique market town of Narberth is just 20 minutes away.

Named “Hill of Sight” for its view of Tenby’s iconic church spire from the patio, Ael-Y-Bryn combines Scandinavian-inspired design with warm, contemporary comfort. Its open-plan layout features French doors leading out onto a furnished terrace and bubbling hot tub — the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring the coast or enjoying Tenby’s charming streets and beaches.

The peaceful village of Penally also offers two acclaimed restaurants, two traditional pubs, and a bakery — all within walking distance — while Tenby town centre is just a 20–25-minute walk away.

Lovely stay

5 out of 5

We had a lovely stay at the lodge, 6 of us and 2 dogs had a great stay with enough room for us all. It was a real bonus to have a bathroom linked to each room. We would love to stay again when we’re next in the area!

Great Location

4 out of 5

Great location and the home was exactly as described. Decor and fittings could do with some TLC / Upgrade however the home was very clean considering it’s also dog friendly. The kitchen has plenty of utensils to cook your own meals which was a nice touch. We stayed as a group of 5 for Christmas and had plenty of space, the host provided local recommendations which was helpful and easy enough to grab a taxi or walk into Tenby / to the local beach and also a nice welcome pack on arrival which was appreciated. The site itself was also nice and clean with a manager on site.

The Location Is Perfect

5 out of 5

Brilliant family weekend at Vicki’s lodge. We were greeted with a thoughtful hamper of tea, coffee and biscuits and the lodge is equipped with basic cooking amenities like salt, pepper and oil. It’s amazingly set out, plenty of space and en suites in every room is such a plus. The location is perfect and the park itself is beautiful. Would definitely stay again. We had an amazing stay thank you very much

Lovely stay at the lodge

5 out of 5

We had a lovely stay at the lodge and everything was to high spec and quality. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi but a conversation with the site managers resolved this immediately. The hot tub was a lovely add on and quality towels provided for use indoors and for the hot tub. A lovely little pub opposite the site, where you can have a quick drink and a bite to eat, with a little bakery next door. There is a lovely enclosed patio for use if the weather is good. Lovely private rooms for the 3 couples that stayed. Will definitely book again.

Great stay in a very comfortable lodge

5 out of 5

The lodge was very nicely equipped with everything we needed, away out of town which might not suit all but it suited us. Would definitely return.

“We had a lovely stay in the luxury lodge and would definitely stay again.”

5 out of 5

The site was well maintained, quiet and within easy reach of Tenby. We received some complimentary items on our arrival which was very much appreciated.

There was a couple of minor issues which we reported but were promptly rectified.

Lovely lodge, great location

4 out of 5

Beautiful lodge, decorated and furnished to a high standard. The pictures are a true representation of how it looks. It was very comfortable and fitted out with everything that we needed for our stay. Great location with Tenby on your doorstep, along with a local pub and shop within walking distance. There was a bit of construction noise during the week as they are developing the next phase of the site. Also, be aware that there is an additional charge to use the hot tub, which needs to be booked and paid for in advance of your stay. This information is stated on the Booking.com listing but we missed it.
