Puffin Cottage Holidays proudly presents Lan Y Mor, a beautifully restored townhouse, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, it is nestled within the historic Battersea House on one of Tenby's most charming streets, with just a 2-minute walk to the beach and the Paragon, a picturesque seafront terrace overlooking South Beach, renowned for its elegant Georgian and Edwardian architecture with sweeping views of Caldey Island and the Pembrokeshire coast.

Lan Y Mor is located in the heart of Tenby’s medieval walled town, just steps from a variety of cafés, independent shops, and restaurants, as well as the golden sands of North Beach, South Beach, and Castle Beach.

Activities include, walks along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, boat trips to Caldey Island or to see the dolphins, you could visit nearby towns, Saundersfoot or Narberth and a bit further afield, St David's, the smallest city in the UK, before taking the children to the local family attractions such as Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton.

As you enter the property on the ground floor, you’re welcomed by a handy cloakroom, stairs and a utility room, with direct access to the back garden—perfect for storing beach gear and rinsing off sandy feet after a day by the sea.

Lounge

Lan Y Mor’s layout includes a spacious open-plan ground floor featuring a cosy sitting area, comfy corner sofa, relaxing two-seater sofa and snug armchair, with Smart TV and coal-effect gas fire.

Kitchen

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, featuring a decorative AGA, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher — ideal for preparing and enjoying family meals together.

Dining Room

The light-filled dining area, comfortably seating up to eight guests, opens onto a sunny, walled courtyard — perfect for alfresco dining and relaxed outdoor gatherings.

Upstairs, guests will find four individually styled bedrooms.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dressing table, ample storage, and a Smart TV. Enjoy sea views from the comfort of the elegant chaise longue — a perfect spot to unwind.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is a twin room overlooking the courtyard, with ample storage and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is on the second floor, with a double bed and ample storage.

Bedroom 4

Bedroom 4 is also on the second floor, it is a twin room, with ample storage and views out onto the street and beach.

Shower room

There’s a family shower room on the half-landing, comprising of walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin and mirror.

Family Bathroom

A generous family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.

Cloakroom

There is a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin.

Utility Room

Just inside the back door is a washer and condenser dryer.

Outside

A well-presented walled courtyard comfortably seating 8 people, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or quiet times during the day and evening. There is a gas BBQ, and a warm shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Guests benefit from central heating, free Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker in the dining room, a parking permit for a nearby public car park (approx. 400 yards away), and thoughtful extras like linen, towels, a cot, and highchair (please note: this is a no smoking property).

A refundable damage and good-housekeeping deposit of £150 is required when staying at this property.

Vicki's property was grand indeed. well presented and laid out. Plenty of amenities, great location, warm and cosy as our stay was last week of Feb, super bedrooms & space. Fully recommend this lovely Air bnb property, great location for sea front and main town. Thankyou!

Lovely house in excellent location for exploring Tenby and the surrounding area. The house was in an amazing spot, so close to the beach and right in the centre of town which made it really easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The parking permit was a great touch, to be able to park the car safely in a reserved bay under cover was very reassuring. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms on each floor were lovely. We were only a family of four plus a dog, but there’s enough space to comfortably accommodate two families without it feeling cramped. Would love to return again in the future.
